3º Dance Theatre - Toronto, Canada

The Sitting

105 - The Rivoli
344 Queen Street West

The Sitting is a quick and clever dance theatre performance featuring steamy dancers and divas who struggle to be seen being seen in the scene!

Erupting out of its street setting, cabaret-like characters begin a performance that uses the sexy style of jazz, the athleticism of modern and the joy of street dance to create must see movement.

Poking fun at fashion and pretence, the characters are outrageous in what they’ll do to get your attention. Keep your eyes open, and you may see a few magic tricks or just come and see some of the most renowned and accomplished dancers in the city strut their stuff.

3º Dance Theatre will use the night’s performance as a sneak peak at a larger work called Little Freedoms, a dance telling the story of 24 hours on a city street corner.

3º Dance Theatre comprises Nicola Pantin, award winning choreographer and dancer, and Adam Nashman, internationally produced writer and director.
